We “observed” both Christian Easter Season and Muslim Ramadan in our household this year. The choice was ours but then maybe, as part of some divine equation, it was not. Whatever, it is a rewarding and fulfilling experience, one worth sharing. Notice that we put “observed” in quotes, because the sun-up-to-sun-down fasting part of Ramadan is a bit more than we can handle …. for Phil at least.
